Canavese Rosato DOC
This wine is obtained from different grape varieties: 70% Barbera, 30% Freisa and Vespolina. It is characterized by a soft rosé colour, with feeble onion skin reflexes, an intense, fruity, elegant scent, with evidence of wild berries notes and a smooth, savory, agreeably fresh, vivid, highly persistent and refreshing taste. It is ideal as fresh appetizer or paired with snacks, hors-d’oeuvres and first courses.
