Canavese Rosso DOC
This wine is obtained from different grape varieties: 70% Barbera, 30% Freisa and Vespolina. It is characterized by a brilliant intense ruby red colour, with noticeable purplish hints, and an intense, and harmonious winy scent, with sweet red berry and plum aroma. It is excellent with red meat-based dishes, traditional with cheese – also matured, classic with stuffed and meat sauce pasta and pronounced with “bagna cauda”; it shows a great personality with Piedmont mixed fry.
