It is characterized by a brilliant straw yellow colour, with light green reflexes, a delicate and fragrant scent, with thin and light green apple, exotic fruits and wildflowers notes and a vivaciously acid, dry, fresh and harmonious taste, with a light almond background. It is excellent as appetizer or paired with delicate hors-d’oeuvres and all fish-based dishes.
