Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG “Macaria”
100% Erbaluce, native grape variety, it undergoes 10 months oak aging. It is characterized by a brilliant straw yellow colour, with very light green reflexes; a delicate and fragrant scent, with thin and light green apple notes and acacia, exotic fruits and wildflowers hints; a vivaciously acid, dry, fresh and harmonious taste, with intense, sapid and mineral tones and a light almond and vanilla background, endowed with great persistence, seductive and intriguing. It shows a great personality with freshwater fishes, snails, frogs and all fries; it is excellent with cheese and seductive with sushi, tempura and oriental food.
