Anima 2014: Pale yellow. Jolly nose halfway between boxwood, linden, lime and white fruit perfumes. Refreshing palate supported by delicious acidity. Flavour is as profound as it is elegant. An energetic wine that does an admirable job of whetting the appetite.
Macaria 2014: Pale hue. Refined nose showing accents of white fruits and citrus with a touch of spice and seasoning. The palate takes on a delicious, tropical tone imparting harmonious balance. A wine that is subtle and soft yet also reveals crunchy fruit.
Masilé 2012: Light yellow. Focused, crisp aromas of lemon and grapefruit on the nose with floral undertones. Lovely upfront exuberance on the attack with nicely showcased fruit. A welcome sensation of sweetness on the finish. A dry sparkling wine that revives the palate.

Anima 2013: Bright straw yellow, it has got fine perfumes and valid complexity, characterized by floral memories from thyme and acacia, from apples and white peaches, from citrus grapefruit. The taste offers a perfect blend of softness, freshness, alcoholic warmth and mineral flavor.
Macaria 2012: Intense straw yellow, it has got complex aromas that come out gradually: sage, thyme, acacia, eucalyptus, star anise. The taste is refined; the contribution of well integrated freshness with the final flavor and softness that envelopes the palate is really intense.
