REVIEW 2016
10 years of history for a company founded in 2005 by a group of friends willing to give polish to the Erbaluce variety, particularly in the sweet inflection. The vineyards are located in Settimo Rottaro and Azeglio and include the main native grape varieties. Barbera, Freisa, Nebbiolo and Vespolina go side by side the Erbaluce, which is produced in three versions, demonstrating the versatility of the variety, with interesting results and growing. A mention goes to the sparkling wine, that makes reason of the Erbaluce features and enhances the theme of so-called indigenous bubbles, with a classic method characterized by appreciable results.
