Bolle 2011: A great novelty the Canavese Rosato Spumante “Bolle” produced by La Masera (tel. 3318016881) in Piverone (To) from barbera, freisa and vespolina grapes. It has a very pronounced rose color, at the nose the note of cherry is nice. The bubbles are rich and the sip promises immediate freshness, but also balance and substance. An unbelievable brut made with method, for a bottle that costs 10 euros.
