REVIEW 2013
The Canavese Rosato 2011 and the red wines of La Masera show an excellent mining pulp; the former is characterized by a beautiful aroma fragrance, the latter are delicately spiced. But the best ones are the white wines from this producer, samples that reveal the fruit of Erbaluce full varietal purity. The oenology process is excellent, with harmonious smoothness in the Erbaluce di Caluso 2011. The concentration and richness, not only of the sugar, of the minty Venanzia Caluso Passito 2007 are powerful, and its toasty aroma is of great class. The Macaria Erbaluce di Caluso 2010 is delicate, with vanilla notes, balanced and fluffy to caress the palate.

To the nose there is a great mix of fruits and spices with sweet intensity: a wave as persuasive as intense, chlorophyllic, minty. It is a wine of immediate softness and superior clarity. Not a rustic or spicy wedge in this fascinating and fragrant perfume. To the palate the magical smoothness of its excellent acid/soft souplesse, dense and harmonious, spreads, powerful, with a fair share of fire, fruit and mint spices, an imperious sunny distilled power
