100% Erbaluce, native grape variety. It is obtained through an accurate choice of perfectly healthy and loose grapes, as more suitable to fading. It is characterized by a strong straw yellow colour, with evident amber reflex in maturation, a wide, highly complex taste, with notes of dried and syrup fruit, round nuances and sweet elements and by a sweet, full, harmonious, wrapping, structured, long persistent taste, with a light final almond hint. It is ideal with Piedmont tradition desserts; pairing with matured and herbs cheese is very interesting. It may also be considered a meditation wine.
